I'm Haden Bruce, and I live in Meadow Vista. Bruce Technology Services is my business: I set up Second Desk and other AI tools for local businesses, and I handle the everyday tech that small offices don't have anyone for.
I've done IT support. I've worked as a project engineer on commercial building exteriors, chasing RFIs and submittals. And I work the counter at an industrial distributor, so I know exactly which emails take up a day, and how much of each answer is the same lookup done again.
That's what Second Desk is for. It isn't designed to take anyone's job. The people who know your customers stay at the center of it. It takes the monotonous part off their plate, already looked up and written, so they have more time for the work that's actually mission critical.
